The hotel location was great, as it was close to the bus station and central to the city attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that we felt safe during our stay. Additionally, the hotel had hot water 24/7, which was much appreciated after a long day of exploring.
The room was not up to par. The bathroom was incredibly small and uncomfortable to use. The room itself was overcrowded with beds, leaving no space for anything else. In addition to this, there was no tea or coffee making facilities available. The lack of privacy was also disturbing, as staff members were constantly outside our window, creating noise and disturbance, even late at night.

Good value for budget travelers! the location is convenient for transport and sightseeing. the hot water is available 24/7 which is nice.
the staff was loud and always nearby, making us feel like we lacked privacy.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are clean and spacious with excellent WiFi and hot water facilities. the staff is polite, friendly, and always ready to assist.
The noise level can be disruptive, especially at night.

We loved the hotel's friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms with good bathroom and fast WiFi. Moreover, the hotel's location was very convenient with transportation easily accessible and a quiet atmosphere despite being close to the city center.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
